DIY Amma: Knitted Joy Festive Bow

The bow is knitted with soft, textured yarn, offering a cozy and unique design. It is versatile and reusable. This bow can be tied anywhere, making it perfect for creating festive banners or adding charm to any occasion.

This DIY kit is intended for knitters with a bit of experience and already know the basics of knitting. The bow is worked in the round and includes techniques such as Judy’s Magic Cast-On, Increases (M1L, M1R), Decreases (SSK, K2tog) and Kitchener Stitch. It is split into 9 different parts; 8 to form the shape of the bow and 1 to form the separate small loop to hold the bow together. One ball of Lang Yarns Regina (cotton, alpaca, silk, wool blend) is enough to create one small and one large bow. Its soft, textured design feels personal and unique, a small yet significant reminder of the warmth that comes from handmade gifts for ourself or another.
